Shopping with Rennauto
These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Rennauto Accessories. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Please read the product information and checkout summary before placing an order, and contact us through our Support page if anything is unclear.
Products and fit
Review the selected option, included quantity, dimensions, material, and compatibility information carefully. Different options may contain different items or quantities. A refill or replacement accessory does not include the main product unless the option description says so. Screen settings can affect how colors appear.
Vehicle accessories are not guaranteed to fit every vehicle. Check measurements and attachment points before ordering. Use products only as intended and follow the supplied instructions. Do not install an accessory where it interferes with airbags, seat belts, controls, visibility, or safe vehicle operation. If you are unsure about fit or installation, ask before using it.
Prices, payments, and order information
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The checkout summary shows the item price and any taxes or delivery charges we collect. Some customs or carrier charges may be collected separately; see our shipping policy for details. Provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order and send updates. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Product availability and prices can change before an order is placed. If we discover an error or cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you to explain the options. We will not charge you an increased price or substitute a different product without your agreement. If the affected order is cancelled, we will refund the amount paid for the unshipped items and applicable delivery charges.
Fulfillment and delivery
Orders may be dispatched by fulfillment partners, including suppliers outside the United States. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; please review the delivery information shown before purchasing.
If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling the unshipped items for a full refund. Contact us if a parcel has not arrived by the end of the quoted delivery window.
Returns and cancellations
Our return and refund policy explains the request window, condition requirements, return costs, faulty-item support, and refunds. Please contact us before sending a return. Cancellation or address-change requests should be made promptly because changes may not be possible after fulfillment starts.
